Angel Locsin Biography

Angel Locsín was born Angélica Locsín Colmenares, April 23, 1985 in Bulacan, Philippines. Philippine television and film actress who was introduced in the youth-oriented program of GMA Network entitled “CLICK”. Angel Locsín has risen to the front after being cast as a major star in the fantasy theme Mulawin TV series in 2004. Shortly after she starred as the holder superheroine Darna in the television adaptation of the famous comic Marc Ravel. Angel Locsín grew up in Bulacan and was the second child in a brood of three. His parents separated when she was fourteen, and since she lived with her father. It was also called the current sex symbol of the Philippines.

After appearing in Click, Angel Locsín gained exposure as it has been cast in television shows like Ang Iibigin Ay Ikaw Pa Rin, all together now and Love To Love

In 2004, Angel Locsín received what is regarded as her biggest break yet. She followed as a major star in the telefantasya Mulawin. After his role as the half-human, half-avian Alwina which could be combined with Aguiluz (Richard Gutierrez), she auditioned for the title role of the classic Philippines in Darna superhero television series. She won the game by hand, and was chosen to don the costume emblematic red and the ridge between many actresses who test. Angel Locsín reunited with former love Dennis Trillo team as they blast bill in the most recent GMA-theme fantastic series, Majika.

Besides television, Angel Locsín also starred in films. Among his big screen credits are Kuya, Mano Po 2, Singles, Sigaw and 2005, the box-office hit “Let the Love Begin”, alongside perennial partner Richard Gutierrez. In television advertising, Angel is a man teasing showing money and his body, but the man approaches Angel and takes only his money. Due to these complaints, Unilever Philippines, the maker of Axe, slowly withdrawn from the trade.

Angel Locsín, April 21, 2006, has entered into a pre-21st birthday rendezvous with close friends and relatives in Aurora City Resort. After a short program hosted by Joel Almagro, Angel Locsín thanked the organizers for a simple but sincere effort to make his day complete.
